Bluetooth devices cause male infertility

A new study shows carrying cell phones in pants pockets or clipped to belts at the waist, when in talk mode, affects fertility in men.
According to the study published in the journalFertility and Sterility, using hands-free devices while the cell phone is attached to the waist can expose the testicles to damaging radiofrequency electromagnetic waves.
The semen analysis of such individuals revealed low sperm motility and viability along with high levels of damaging free radicals.
Findings did not show any DNA damage in this group of individuals.
Scientists concluded that radiation impairs sperm quality at 2.5 centimeters.
Several environmental factors such as toxins, fumes, pollutants, and materials used in farming as well as Jacuzzis and bathtubs can also contribute to infertility in men.
